You might be a Beggar, According to Eckhart Tolle

The concept of looking within is common to the teachings of spirituality. Eckhart Tolle starts his book, The Power of Now with a short anecdote that explains this concept so wonderfully.
A beggar is sitting at the side of a street holding out an old baseball cap in hopes of receiving change. A stranger walks by and replies to his begging with, ‘I have nothing to give you’ and then asks him what is inside the box the beggar is sitting on.
The beggar looks inside the box that he has been sitting on for as long as he can remember and discovers to his amazement, a treasure of gold.
Tolle then goes on to say that he is the stranger telling you to look inside, not inside a box but inside yourself to find true Wealth. This is what he says is to be Enlightened.
