Some people think they don’t have any of this muscle. Some people think that exercising it is not that important or crucial to their overall health. It’s a little difficult at first to use it. Using it and working on it is kind of uncomfortable too, if you never had any experience with it.

But as you work it and use it every day, it becomes easier and more comfortable to flex it. Much like learning how to ride a bicycle, exercising your creative muscle can be intimidating at first.

Expressing your creativity feels like letting your soul dance.

It is freeing.

It is liberating.

The top 2 ways that I express my creativity with my mind and body came from trial and error.

Journaling

Journaling has to be my favorite method of expressing my creativity and ‘dumping’ my emotions. I journal freehand sometimes. I also journal with a prompt in mind to dig up information from my subconscious when there is a lot of think about.

Sometimes I even write letters. I write letters to The Universe showing my gratitude to raise my vibration and attract high vibrational things. You can compare it to writing to Santa for Christmas gifts or maybe…
